Cast plate Castal Premium 50 EN AW 5083

Castal premium 50 is used to build moulds for plastic materials and composites used at low pressure, as well as for the construction of general moulds and models.

This alloy, which is furnished in an H0 (annealed) state, is insensitive to temperature, which renders it particularly useful for a wide range of applications. This alloy, which is available in thicknesses ranging from 40 to 1050 mm, is ideal for manufacturing moulds and models for use in every sector.

It's also an ideal choice for the mechanical engineering sector, where it can be used to manufacture parts that require a high degree of processing.

AVAILABILITY

Castal Premium 50 is available in the annealed and homogenised state (H0) for thickness ranging from 40 to 1050 mm.

Other thicknesses and formats are available upon request.

For thicknesses under 50 mm it is recommended to use Rolled Peraluman 5083 H111 or the special milled Precisal or Level Cast 50 (5083 H0) alternatives.
